WHAT IS soul and surf retreat?
A 4-day, 3-night retreat designed to immerse you in the world of surfing, ideal for those who want to get closer or delve a little deeper into the world of surfing and enjoy training and yoga.
This retreat is special because everything revolves around surfing. It will be 4 days not only of this sport, but of training that strengthens your relationship with it and makes it more effective. It doesn't matter what level you are at, all of them will work on resistance, power, strength, agility, coordination and balance when in the water. That is why this retreat is for:
beginners: who want to learn more about the subject, start catching waves on their own, learn basic surfing rules, how to read the sea and for people looking to train in different ways.
Intermediates: who seek to improve their technique and focus their training around this incredible sport.
advanced: those looking to give it a plus by focusing their training specifically on surfing.
If you already have a good level of surfing and are facing bigger waves, we will cover freediving techniques, work to control the mind in stressful situations and exercises to improve your performance in the water, as well as providing experiences that nourish the body and soul.
